yesanother life killing session!
okays,not that culinary is that bad
bt the work load is abit too much fer me.
culture-shock la i must say.
i hope i dont get to culinarized and forgot abt baking.
HAHAHA!
we did CHICKEN MANGO SALSA
and
PRAWN HOLLANDAISE SALAD.
cool la kans.
we did a variety of warm and cold sauces.
coolio.
just fer ur info,
the proportion of yolks to oil when
making mayo is just like
eating a spoonful of oil.
u geeet me.think twice next time!
we did plating.
i must say thats by far the most interesting and challanging
task la.
its just like decorating a cake.
i reli wanna brush up on my plating :)
indeed satisfied with my end result.

ok actually,when i first plated my chic,
it was.hmms.err.

and Chef was like,
ok listen,u noe when u put too much make up?
u noe the aftermath?
i was like,yaa.
imagine if someone were to put too much
then he drew his face with his
WHITEBOARD MARKER.
like really draw and mess up his face!

then improved and surprsingly it was so much bttr
that he came over and gave me a 5!

it was not as complicated.
tradiotioanl sponge with custard filling.
im just happy fer the fact
i managed to decorate the peaches
NEATLY.
