okays.we did some REAL cooking today.
and i mean REAL.
damn! the ASIAN kitchen is farking hot!
and i was perspiring like a bloody pig.
like really,it was freaking WARMM!
5 mins in there,and i bet u cn perspire like fuck.
we did really a lot things today.
we made LASAGNE as u cn see.
its really good btw
and also we did
BCLK PEPPERCORN CHICKEN.
not gonna post the picture though
cos in camera,it just looks like a
pile of mud.i shall nt say,u noe.
yes mud.
dont look good on camera at all.
and worst still there was no garnishes
or whatsoever cos
we arent Culinary students u see :)
ohh!
i learnt how to debone a chicken.
it was fun.really.
u crack here,splat there,pull here and there.
it was indeed,killing i must say :P

so yea we debone the chicken
one whole chicken mind you!
we did CHICKEN STOCK for the
BROWN SAUCE.
mother of all sauces!
so yea,we did BROWN SAUCE obviously.
we pan fried the chicken,
and yes,the BLACK PEPPERCORN SAUCE too.
for the lasagne,we have to make
this BECHAMEL SAUCE,a milk based sauce.
very rich and creamy.
TOMATO SAUCE,not like the bottled ones.
freshly made horr.
and yes,its CHICKEN LASAGNE btw,
so yes,we had to pan fry the chicken too.
alot of work.
