alrights!2dae we had our ferst
principal of food preparation practical.
ok.ferstly,
the SOLO kitchen
is damnnnn warm and hot.
like wtf.
IS is like thousand times better.
i wonder hw much hotter the kitchen cn get
when we start cooking.

so yea,
we did basic international cuts.
like,different kinds of cuts.
chiffonade,batonettes,macedoine,julienne and etc.
these are the names of the cuts btw.
so chimmmmm rights?!

i dont understnd why cnt they just call it
dice instead of macedoine.

IT class is fucking dry.
