its called puff pastry.basically our main focus for the dae
was the rolling of the puff pastry.
i handle it quite well i guess..
i just had problem with shaping the pastry.
as in,my shape is abit distorted while rolling.
i did like 144 layers.so yes.it puffs up like poms-poms?!
